近日，昌平363安垦里弄项目，荣膺2022年城市土地学会ULI全球卓越奖。

Congratulations to ANKEN Alley 363 Changping on being named Winner of the 2022 Urban Land Institute Global Awards for Excellence.

昌平363安垦里弄项目荣获了ULI亚太区和全球卓越两个奖项。该项目由安垦集团投资和设计的项目。昌平363安垦里弄项目位于静安中央商务区的两期改造项目，贯穿了城市可持续发展的原则。在颁奖典礼上，该项目因其对现有未充分利用的建筑的再利用和对周围环境的完美融合而备受赞赏，改变了城市毫无生气的现状，并为其注入了新的商业、文化和便利设施。

ANKEN Alley 363 Changping has been named a winner of the prestigious ULI Global Awards for Excellence.ANKEN Alley 363 Changping is a two-phase redevelopment project in the prime CBD of Jing’an,developed with sustainable urban development principles ingrained throughout.During the awards ceremony,the project was praised for its commitment to adaptive reuse of existing underutilized buildings and sensitive response to its surroundings,revitalizing a formerly lifeless part of the city and infusing it with new businesses,culture and amenity.

ULI认为“获奖者必须展示了其所在地区和全球范围内独特的卓越水平，以及在各自项目中促进社区参与和创新的奉献精神。通过作为可复制的模型，在不同环境下的开发人员如何成功地将他们的社区变得更好，这些项目在进一步推进ULI在全球的使命方面发挥了巨大作用。”

本次获得ULI全球卓越奖的其他五个项目分别是：美国纽约的Essex Crossing，美国佛罗里达，圣彼德斯堡的St Pete Pier，法国波尔图的MECA，新加坡的Enabling Village，波兰华沙的Norblin Factory。我们衷心祝贺其余获奖者。并且再一次感谢ULI对昌平363安垦里弄项目的支持与认可。
